Abstract

Karya Ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem pengarsipan e-Office pada Unit Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kementerian Investasi/BKPM yang baik untuk menunjang suatu pekerjaan kantor agar pekerjaan dapat dilaksanakan secara efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka dan observasi. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa dalam penggunaan sistem pengarsipan e-Office diperlukan jaringan yang baik yaitu dengan adanya Komputer, Internet, keamanan database serta sistem yang mumpuni. Agar pengarsipan e-Office dapat berjalan efektif dan efisien. This scientific paper aims to find out how the e-Office filing system at the education and training center unit of the Ministry of Investment/BKPM is good for supporting office work so that work can be carried out offectively. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with data collection methods through literature study and observation. From the research results, it can be seen that in using the e-Office filing system, a good network is needed, namely the presence of a computer, the internet, database security and a system that can run properly. So that e-Office archiving can run effectively and efficiently.
