Abstract
Karya ilmiah ini ditulis bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan disiplin kerja karyawan Manajemen Supporting PT. XYZ. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat disiplin kerja karyawan Manajemen Supporting di PT. XYZ masih berada ditingkat sedang. Hal ini dikarenakan masih terdapat beberapa indikator yang belum dipenuhi oleh karyawan yaitu masih terdapat karyawan melanggar peraturan perusahaan terkait ketepatan waktu hadir bekerja. Keterlambatan hadir karyawan menyebabkan pekerjaan menjadi menumpuk, kinerja yang dihasilkan menurun dan laju produktivitas perusahaan menjadi terhambat. Untuk itu perlu diadakannya tindakan-tindakan yang tepat dalam rangka peningkatan disiplin kerja karyawan seperti: pemberian motivasi, membentuk lingkungan atau budaya organisasi yang positif, pemimpin yang tegas, pemberikan sanksi yang setimpal dengan pelanggaran yang dilakukan dan mengadakan penilaian atau evaluasi kinerja secara rutin. Kata kunci: Disiplin kerja, Kinerja This scientific paper is written with the aim of describing and analyzing the implementation of work discipline for the supporting employees of PT. XYZ. The writing method used is descriptive analysis with data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews and literature study. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the level of work discipline of Supporting Management employees at PT. XYZ is still at a moderate level. This is because there are still several indicators that have not been met by employees specifically, there are still employees who violate company regulations regarding punctuality in attending work. The delay in employee attendance causes work to pile up, the resulting performance decreases and the company's productivity rate becomes hampered. For this reason, it is necessary to take appropriate actions in order to improve employee work discipline, such as: providing motivation, establishing a positive organizational environment or culture, assertive leaders, providing appropriate sanctions for violations committed and conducting regular performance appraisals or evaluations.
