Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah manajemen pemasaran Wisata Alam Hutan Mangrove Pantai Pasir Putih Kabupaten Karawang melalui pendekatan fungsi manajemen POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kualitatif yang dimana melakukan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka untuk pengambilan hasil penelitian. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model miles dan huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah, 1) Pengelola wisata alam Hutan Mangrove Pantai Pasir Putih kabupaten karawang belum melakukan perencanaan kegiatan pemasaran. 2) Dalam struktur organisasi tidak ada sumber daya manusia yang menangani kegiatan pemasaran. 3) Proses pelaksanaan kegiatan pemasaran terjadi melalui postingan di sosial media pengunjung serta melalui media online. 4) Pengawasan melalui evaluasi dilakukan pengelola hanya difokuskan kepada pengembangan sarana dan prasarana. Kata Kunci : manajemen pemasaran, hutan mangrove This study aims to find out how the marketing management of the Mangrove Forest Nature Tourism Pasir Putih Beach, Karawang Regency through the POAC management function approach (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling). The data collection technique used qualitative methods which carried out observations, interviews, documentation and literature studies to collect research results. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Miles and Huberman models. The results of this study are, 1) The natural tourism manager of the Pasir Putih Beach Mangrove Forest, Karawang Regency has not planned marketing activities. 2) In the organizational structure there are no human resources that handle marketing activities. 3) The process of implementing marketing activities occurs through posting on visitors' social media as well as through online media. 4) Supervision through evaluation carried out by the manager is only focused on the development of facilities and infrastructure.
