Abstract

Karya Ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Produktivitas Kerja bidang Pelayanan Publik Pada Lembaga Layanan Perguruan Tinggi Wilayah III Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah analisis deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan studi observasi dan kepustakaan.Dari hasil penulisan dapat diketahui bahwa produktivitas kerja dalam instansi tersebut menjadi terlambat yang dikarenakan oleh kebanyakan dari pegawai telah memasuki usia termasuk usia pensiun serta lingkungan kerja yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja pegawai, maka kualitas kerja juga akan berpengaruh. Terutama LLDIKTI III Wilayah Jakarta bergerak dalam bidang yang pelayanan pada perguruan tinggi Negeri ataupun Swasta yang dimana berhubungan langsung dengan berbagai orang yang semuanya ingin mendapatkan pelayanan yang baik dan cepat. Untuk dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi maka perlu diadakannya rekrutmen pegawai baru sehingga produktivitas kerja yang ada pada instansi tidak terhambat dan tidak berpengaruh pada kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan.Solusi permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah melakukan rekrutmen pegawai baru untuk bisa menggantikan pegawai – pegawai yang telah berusia lanjut bahkan yang akan pensiun dalam waktu dekat ini. Kata kunci : Produktivitas kerja, usia tidak produktif, pelayanan publik This scientific work aims to know the Productivity of Work in the field of Public Service at the Institute of Higher Education Services Region III Jakarta. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis with data collection methods with observation and literature studies. From the results of writing can be known that the productivity of workers in the agency becomes late because most of the employees have entered the age including retirement age and work environment that affects the work productivity of employees, then the quality of work will also affect. Especially LLDIKTI III Jakarta area is engaged in the field of service at public or private universities which are directly related to various people who all want to get good and fast service. To be able to overcome the problems that occur, it is necessary to hold new employee recruitment so that the productivity of existing work in the agency is not hampered and not.
