Abstract

Karya ilmiah ini dibuat untuk mengetahui mengenai beban kerja pada sub bagian persuratan Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional. Dan untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai pentingnya pemerataan dalam pembagian beban kerja dengan terbatasnya sumber daya manusia yang ada serta faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi beban kerja itu sendiri sehingga perusahaan dapat membagikan beban kerja kepada karyawan dengan sesuai. Metode yang digunakan dalam karya ilmiah ini dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui tinjau pustaka, dan observasi. Dari hasil pengamatan peneliti, diketahui bahwa sub bagian persuratan BKKBN mengalami permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan beban kerja. Hal ini dapat terjadi dikarenakan pada sub bagian ini kekurangan pegawai sehingga pembagian pekerjaan tidak merata dan menimbulkan beban kerja berlebih. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut peneliti memberikan solusi agar sub bagian persuratan menambahkan pegawai agar pekerjaan lebih terbagi dengan rata. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja Karyawan This scientific work was made to find out about the workload in the subdivision of correspondence of the National Population and Family Planning Institution. And to provide knowledge about the importance of the equitable distribution of workloads with the limited human resources available and what factors can affect the workload itself so that companies can distribute workloads to employees accordingly. The method used in this scientific paper uses descriptive analysis methods with data collection methods through literature review and observation. From the observations of researchers, it is known that the BKKBN subdivision of correspondence has problems related to workload. This can happen because in this sub-division there is a shortage of employees so that the division of work is uneven and causes an excessive workload. In overcoming these problems, researchers provide solutions so that the correspondence sub-division adds employees so that the work is more evenly distributed. Key Word: workloads of employee.
