Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan yang positif antara supervisi akademik dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam guru peserta program kemitraan guru pendidikan menengah. Variabel yang diteliti adalah supervisi akademik sebagai variabel bebas (variabel X) dan kompetensi pedagogik guru sebagai variabel terikat (variabel Y). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survei dengan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data untuk variabel supervisi akademik dan kompetensi pedagogik guru menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari Desember 2020-Juni 2021.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi sederhana, korelasi Pearson Product Moment, dan uji signifikansiparsial(uji-t). Dengan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji prasyarat menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji linearitas. Dari hasil hipotesis diperoleh thitung= 2,680 yang berarti lebih besar dari ttabel= 1,667, berdasarkan analisis regresi sederhana menunjukkan arah yang positif sebesar 0,34, dan menunjukkan kekuatan hubungan 0,746 dikategorikan memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Dari koefisien determinasi, supervisi akademik memberikan kontribusi sebesar 55,7% terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara supervisi akademik dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam guru peserta program kemitraan guru pendidikan menengah. Berdasarkan kesimpulan tersebut, dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin baik pelaksanaan supervisi akademik maka akan semakin baik pula kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam guru peserta program kemitraan guru pendidikan menengah. This study aims to determine whether or not there is a positive relationship between academic supervision and teacher pedagogic competence in teachers participating in the highschool teacher partnership program. The variables studied were academic supervision as the independent variable (variable X) and teacher pedagogic competence as the dependent variable (variable Y). The method used is a survey research method with quantitative methods. Collecting data for academic supervision and teacher pedagogic competence using a questionnaire. This study was conducted from December 2020 until June 2021. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is simple regression analysis, correlation Pearson Product Moment, and the partial significance test (t-test). With prerequisite tests first using the normality test, homogeneity test, and linearity test. From the results of the hypothesis obtained tcount = 2,680 which means greater than ttable = 1,667, based on simple regression analysis shows a positive direction of 0,34, and shows the strength of the relationship 0,746 categorized as having a strong relationship.From the coefficient of determination, academic supervision contributes 55,7% to teacher pedagogic competence. The results of this study can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between academic supervision and teacher pedagogic competence in teachers participating in the highschool teacher partnership program. Based on these conclusions, it can be said that the better the implementation of academic supervision, the better the pedagogic competence of teachers in teachers participating in the highschool teacher partnership program.
