Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model Kinerja Prajurit Bintara Satuan Kapal Cepat Koarmada II dengan mengevaluasi, menganalisis, pengaruh mutasi, lingkungan kerja, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja prajurit. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan metode survei dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner terhadap 172 orang Sampel dari 192 orang populasi. Pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan proporsi random sampling. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan mengginakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling. Software yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) mutasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja; 2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja; 3) pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja; 4) mutasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir; 5) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir; 6) mutasi berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja melalui pengembangan karir; dan 7) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja melalui pengembangan karir. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja dapat dikembangkan dengan meningkatkan mutasi, lingkungan kerja dan pengembangan karir. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa perlunya upaya mempertahankan personel transfer, hubungan atasan dan bawahan, pelatihan dan pendidikan dan kualitas kerja, serta upaya peningkatan kemauan untuk maju, keamanan, kejelasan karir jangka pendek dan jangka panjang serta perilaku disiplin dalam hubungan dengan kinerja. Kebaruan dalam penelitian ini adalah dalam mengembangkan kinerja melalui faktor-faktor determinan yaitu mutasi, lingkungan kerja dan pengembangan karir pada Prajurit Satuan Kapal Cepat (SATKAT) Koarmada II yang belum pernah diteliti secara bersamaan sebelumnya. ditemukan Perbedaan lainnya adalah pengembangan karir menjadi variabel paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya Pengembangan Kariri untuk meningkatkan kinerja prajurit yang lebih aktif sehingga target yang dibebankan dalam satuan kapal cepat Koarmada II memiliki prosentase keberhasilan yang lebih tinggi. kata kunci: mutasi, lingkungan kerja, pengembangan karir, kinerja prajurit ABSTRACT This research aims to develop a model for the Performance of the Soldiers in Second Fleet Fast Attack Craft Squadron by evaluating, analyzing, the effect of mutation, work environment, and career development on the performance of soldiers. The research was conducted using quantitative methods. The research data was obtained by survey method with the instrument in the form of a questionnaire to 172 people. Samples from 192 people of the population. Sampling was determined using proportional random sampling. The research data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling approach. The software used is SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) The results of the study showed that: 1)mutation has significant effect on performance; 2) work performance has a positive and significant effect on performance; 3) career development has a positive and significant effect on performance; 4) mutation has a significant effect on career development; 5) work environment has a positive and significant effect on career development; 6) mutation has a positive and significant effect on career development; and 7) work environment has an indirect effect on performance through career development. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that performance can be developed by increasing mutation, work environment, and career development. Based on this research conclude that, it needs to maintain some factors such as personal transfer, superior and subordinate relations, training and education, and quality of work, though based on the results needs the improvement of willingness to move, security and career explication in short as well as long term of relationship and also disciplined behavior with employee performances. The novelty in the research is developing performance through determinant factors such as mutations, work environment, career development of the Soldiers of Second Fleet Fast Attack Craft Squadron that have never been studied together. The other difference is the career development become the most influential variable to the performance. The implication of this research is the need for Career Development to improve the performance of more active soldiers so that the targets assigned to the Second Fleet Fast Attack Craft Squadron have a higher percentage of success keywords: mutation, work environment, career development, soldier's performance
