Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus pada kewirausahaan sumber daya manusia pada usaha batik PT BBM.Wirausaha merupakan pengrajin batik di PT BBM Serang Banten dalam implementasi strategi bisnis PT. BBM melibatkan seluruh karyawan mulai dari proses perencanaan hingga evaluasi bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan perspektif informan (etnik perspektif), dan instrumen kunci berupa observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan kuestioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Validitas hasil penelitian menggunakan standar validitas dan reliabilitas penelitian kualitatif yaitu: kredibilitas, dependabilitas, konfirmabilitas, dan transferabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: PT. BBM telah menerapkan strategi dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan telah memperhatikan beberapa hal yang berkaitan dengan penguasaan kewirausahaan bagi karyawan selain pemilik, diperlukan peran serta aktif wirausaha sebagai pemilik dan karyawan/pegawai di kantor, memperhatikan ancaman eksternal yang akan diantisipasi dan menjadi strategi dalam pembangunan daya saing. Kata Kunci: Kewirausahaan, Pembangunan Daya Saing This research focuses on human resource entrepreneurship in the small batik business of PT BBM. Entrepreneurship is a batik craftsman at PT BBM Serang Banten in the implementation of the business strategy of PT. BBM involves all employees from the planning process to the evaluation of the business. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with a phenomenological approach. Data was collected using the informant's perspective (etmic perspective), and key instruments such as observations, interviews, documentation studies, and questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used qualitative analysis. The validity of the research results uses the validity and reliability standards of qualitative research, namely: credibility, dependability, confirmability, and transferability. The results showed that: PT. BBM has implemented a strategy in the development of human resources and has paid attention to several things related to mastery of entrepreneurship for employees other than owners, it requires the active participation of entrepreneurs as employees in office, paying attention to external threats that will be anticipated and become a strategy in development.
