Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS kelas V SD melalui model Cooperative Script. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Pasar Manggis 01 Pagi Jakarta Selatan yang berjumlah 35 siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam II siklus. Hasil evaluasi setelah dilakukan tindakan pada siklus I hasil belajar IPS yang diperoleh sebesar 68,57% sedangkan siklus II yaitu 88,29%. Adapun hasil pemantau tindakan guru menggunakan model Cooperative Script pada siklus I mencapai 65% dan 76,6%, sedangkan pada siklus II 83,3%% dan 90%. Hasil pemantau tindakan siswa menggunakan model Cooperative Script pada siklus I sebesar 63,75% dan 75%, sedangkan pada siklus II mencapai 81,25% dan 88,75%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Cooperative Script dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD khususnya pada mata pelajaran IPS. Oleh sebab itu, guru perlu mengetahui dan menerapkan model pembelajaran yang efektif dan dapat mengembangkan kemampuan belajar siswa. The classroom action research was intended to improving learning achievement of social science through Cooperative Script models of grade 5 students. The subject of the research was 35 students at Pasar Manggis 01 Pagi South Jakarta. This research was conducted in two cycles. This evaluation result proves, after the first cycle of action in new society study outcomes 68,57% while 88,29% of second cycle. The monitoring actions of teacher use Cooperative Script models in the first cycles reaches 65% and 76,6%, meanwhile 83,3% and 90% of the second cycle. The monitoring action of students use Cooperative Script models in the first cycle reaches 63,75% and 75% while 81,25% and 88,75% of the second cycle. From this research showed that Cooperative Script models can be improving of grade 5 students elementary school especially of social science. Thus teachers knowing and using effective until can be improving and develop student skills.
