Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data empiris tentang ada tidaknya hubungan supervisi pengajaran dengan kinerja guru sekolah dasar negeri di kecamatan matraman. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah supervisi pengajaran sementara variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja. Supervisi pengajaran adalah bantuan yang diberikan kepala sekolah dalam rangka membimbing dan meningkatkan kemampuan mengajar guru. Kinerja adalah proses kerja yang dicapai oleh guru dalam melaksanakan tugas dan kewajibannya dengan tanggung jawab demi tercapainya tujuan secara optimal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif memperoleh data melalui survey dan studi korelasional untuk mencari hubungan antara kedua variabel. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Matraman Jakarta Timur. Sampel penelitian dengan teknik propotional random sampling, berdasarkan teknik tersebut ukuran sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 60 guru dari 589 guru. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan angket. Pengujian hipotesis statistik menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment didapat koefisien korelasi (r)=0,4766 dan hasil uji-t diperoleh hasil thitung sebesar 4,130 dan ttabel sebesar 2,002 yang berarti bahwa thitung lebih besar dari ttabel. Dapat disimpulkan hipotesis nihil (Ho) yang dirumuskan ditolak dan menerima hipotesis alternatif (Ha), dengan demikian terlihat adanya Hubungan positif antara Supervisi Pengajaran dengan Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Matraman Jakarta Timur. Kontribusi indeks determinasi antara kedua variabel adalah 22,72%, dapat dikatakan semakin efektif pelaksanaan supervisi pengajaran maka semakin tinggi kinerja guru. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pelaksanaan supervisi pengajaran bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Maka, pelaksanaan supervisi pengajaran harus dilaksanakan seefektif mungkin dan secara kontinyu dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja guru pada proses belajar mengajar. ********** This study aimed to obtain empirical data on the relationship between teaching supervision with teachers performance of elementary school in the sub district Matraman. The independent variable in this study is teaching supervision while the dependent variable is performance. Teaching supervision is the assistance provided principals in order to guide and improve the teaching skills of teachers. Performance is the work achieved by teachers in carrying out its duties and obligations with responsibility for the achievement of objectives optimally. The research method used is descriptive obtain data through survey and correlational studies to find the relationship between the two variables. This study population is a elementary school teachers in the sub district Matraman, East Jakarta. Sample with proportional random sampling technique, the technique is bassed on the sample size used in this study were 60 teachers from 589 teachers. Collecting data in this study is to used a questionnaire. Statitical hypothesis testing using product moment correlation formula obtained correlation coefficient (r)= 0,4766 and t-test result ttest 4,130 and ttable 2,002. Which means that a greater ttest from ttable. It can be concluded that formulated null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted is thus seen positive relationship between teaching supervision with teachers performance of elementary school in the sub district Matraman, East Jakarta. The contribution of both variables determination index 22,72%. It means teaching supervision more effective implementation of the higher teaching performance. Implications from research shows the implementation of teaching supervision benefical in improving the performance of teachers. The implementation of teaching supervision should implemented as effectively as possible and continously in order to improve the performance of teachers in the learning process.
