Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional guru, manajemen kelas, dan iklim organisasi sekolah terhadap perilaku interaksi guru dan murid pada satuan pendidikan kerjasama tingkat SMA di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan perhitungan kuantitatif dengan penajaman berupa penerapan wawancara dan observasi hingga menghasilkan rancangan model perilaku interaksi guru dan murid. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur yang diterapkan pada pengujian hipotesis serta melakukan wawancara antara guru dan siswa. Jumlah populasi sasaran penelitian ini adalah 143 guru. Sampel penelitian adalah 105 guru dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Berdasarkan penelitian data diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap perilaku interaksi guru dan murid; (2) manajemen kelas berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap perilaku interaksi guru dan murid; (3) iklim organisasi sekolah berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap perilaku interaksi guru dan murid; (4) kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh tidak langsung positif terhadap perilaku interaksi guru dan murid melalui iklim organisasi sekolah; (5) manajemen kelas berpengaruh tidak langsung positif terhadap perilaku interaksi guru dan murid melalui iklim organisasi sekolah; (6) kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh tidak langsung positif terhadap perilaku interaksi guru dan murid melalui manajemen kelas; (7) terdapat rancangan model perilaku interaksi guru dan murid melalui kecerdasan emosional, manajemen kelas dan iklim organisasi sekolah. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan rancangan rancangan model perilaku interaksi guru dan murid melalui kecerdasan emosional, iklim organisasi dan manajemen kelas. Kata Kunci: Perilaku Interaksi Guru dan Murid, Kecerdasan Emosional, Manajemen Kelas, dan Iklim Organisasi Sekolah ******** The objective of this research was to study the effect of teacher’s emotional intelligence, class management, and school organization climate to teacher and student interaction behavior at SPK high school in South Tangerang. The study applies quantitative method sharpened with acts of interview and observation that lead to a teacher-student interaction behavior model.The study was conducted by using survey method with path analysis applied on testing the hypothesis and also conducting interview among teachers and students. The target population size of this research is 143 of teachers. The research sample was 105 teachers using proportional random sampling technique. Based on this research of data obtained the following conclusions: (1) teacher’s emotional intelligence has positive direct effect to teacher and student interaction behavior. 2) class management has positive direct effect to teacher and student interaction behavior. (3) school organization climate has positive direct effect to teacher and student interaction behavior. (4) the teacher’s emotional intelligence has positive indirect effect to teacher and student interaction behavior through school organization climate, (5) class management have positive indirect effect to teacher and student interaction behavior through school organization climate.(6) ) the teacher’s emotional intelligence has positive indirect effect to teacher and student interaction behavior through class management, (7) there is a design model of teacher and student interaction through emotional intelligence, class management and school organizational climate.
