Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan literasi digital guru melalui pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong. Sub fokus pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana strategi kepala sekolah, kemampuan literasi digital guru, dan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di sekolah. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret hingga Oktober 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang akademik, dan beberapa guru SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Kepala sekolah memiliki strategi peningkatan literasi digital melalui program supervisi akademik, (2) Guru sekolah mengalami perubahan peningkatan literasi digital yang dibuktikan dengan penerapan kemampuan digital skills, digital culture, digital ethics, dan digital safety didalam lingkungan sekolah, (3) Tahapan supervisi akademik sekolah yang dilaksanakan secara sistematis dan terencana mulai dari pra pelaksanaan, pelaksanaan, dan tindak lanjut memberikan dampak kepada peningkatan literasi digital guru di SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong. This study aims to determine how the principal's strategy for improving teachers' digital literacy through the implementation of academic supervision at SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong. The sub-focus of this research is how the principal's strategy, teachers' digital literacy skills, and the implementation of academic supervision at school. The research was conducted from March to October 2022. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The informants in this study consisted of the principal, the vice principal for academic affairs, and several teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong. The results of this study show that: (1) The principal has several strategies for improving the digital literacy of teachers at school including the establishment of an implementing academic supervision, (2) School teachers experience changes in improving digital literacy as evidenced by the application of digital skills, digital culture, digital ethics, and digital safety in the school environment, (3) The stages of the school academic supervision carried out systematically and planned to start from pre-implementation, implementation, and follow-up have an impact on improving teacher digital literacy at SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong.
