Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi Program Sekolah Penggerak (PSP) yang dilaksanakan di SMP Islam An-Nahl Cibubur. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai pada bulan Maret 2023 hingga bulan Juli 2023 dengan objek penelitian di SMP Islam An-Nahl Cibubur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode deskriptif. Model evaluasi yang digunakan yaitu model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) yang dirancang oleh Stufflebeam. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini juga, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa evaluasi berdasarkan context, diketahui bahwa Program Sekolah Penggerak dilaksanakan berdasarkan dengan beberapa kebijakan. Kemudian evaluasi berdasarkan komponen input, sudah dipersiapkan dengan baik dari indikator sumber daya manusia, alokasi anggaran, serta sarana dan prasarana Program Sekolah Penggerak. Kemudian evaluasi berdasarkan process, bahwa sekolah mengimplementasikan yang sudah direncanakan dengan baik, dimulai dari persiapan, implementasi, monitoring dan evaluasi. Serta yang terakhir yaitu berdasarkan komponen product, dalam komponen ini menunjukan bahwa hasil pencapaian dari Program Sekolah Penggerak dengan melihat tercapainya dari Program Sekolah Penggerak dengan melihat tercapainya nilai yang didapatkan selama Program Sekolah Penggerak. This study aims to evaluate the Program Sekolah Penggerak (PSP) implemented at SMP Islam An-Nahl Cibubur. This research was conducted from March 2023 to July 2023 with the object of research at SMP Islam An-Nahl Cibubur. This research uses a qualitative approach descriptive method. The evaluation model used is the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model designed by Stufflebeam. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and documentation studies. In this study also, the results of the study showed that evaluation based on context, it is known that the Program Sekolah Penggerak is implemented based on several policies. Then evaluate based on input components, has been well prepared from human resource indicators, budget allocation, and facilities and infrastructure of the Program Sekolah Penggerak. Then evaluate based on the process, that the school implements what has been planned well, starting from preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. And the last one is based on the product component, in this component shows that the results of the achievement of the Program Sekolah Penggerak by looking at the achievements of the Program Sekolah Penggerak by looking at the achievement of the value obtained during the Program Sekolah Penggerak.
