Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai di Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kementerian Luar Negeri RI. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu Lingkungan Kerja (X), dan Produktivitas Kerja (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian merupakan 106 orang pegawai Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kementerian Luar Negeri RI. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan rumus isaac & michael dan didapat jumlah sampel penelitian yaitu 83 orang pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana yang menghasilkan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 60,054 + 0,313 X dan perolehan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,251 atau 25,1%. Dari hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t didapatkan hasil t hitung (5,205) > ttabel (1,664), dan hasil nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga dinyatakan Variabel Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja.*****This study aims to determine how much influence the work environment has on employee work productivity at the Education and Training Center of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Indonesia. This research consists of two variables, namely Work Environment (X) and Work Productivity (Y). This study uses a quantitative approach to the survey method. The population in the study were 106 employees of the Education and Training Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Indonesia. Sampling used a simple random sampling technique with the Isaac & Michael formula and the number of research samples was 83 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires or questionnaires. Hypothesis testing is done by simple linear regression analysis which produces a regression equation Ŷ = 60,054 + 0,313 X and a coefficient of determination of 0.251 or 25.1%. From the results of hypothesis testing using the t test, the results obtained are thitung (5.205) > ttabel (1.664), and the results of a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So that it is stated that the Work Environment Variable has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity.
