Abstract
*ABSTRAK* Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan konsumen memilih fitness center yang berguna untuk memberikan informasi kepada pihak fitness center serta bagian manajemen pemasaran manapun dalam menerapkan pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur/kepustakaan, yaitu dengan mengamati antar beberapa variabel pengamatan pada berbagai studi. Penelitian dengan studi literatur tidak harus turun ke lapangan dan bertemu dengan responden, sebab data-data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian dapat diperoleh dari sumber pustaka atau dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data sekunder dapat diperoleh melalui catatan penelitian sebelumnya, berupa buku, laporan ilmiah, jurnal, dokumen resmi, serta berita-berita yang sudah tersebar di media kemudian dikumpulkan, dianalisis, dan disimpulkan sehingga mendapatkan kesimpulan mengenai studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil studi literatur dari 20 artikel maupun jurnal mengenai penelitian tentang Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pengambilan Keputusan Konsumen dalam Memilih Fitness Center. Berikut adalah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan konsumen memilih fitness center berdasarkan urutan: Faktor Layanan, Faktor Lokasi, Faktor Harga, Faktor Motivasi, Faktor Promosi, dan Faktor Brand Image. Kata Kunci: Pengambilan keputusan, konsumen, fitness center . *ABSTRACT* This study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer decision making in choosing a fitness center which is useful for providing information to a fitness center and any part of marketing management in implementing marketing. The method used is literature/library study, namely by observing between several observational variables in various studies. Research with literature studies does not have to go out into the field and meet with respondents, because the data needed in research can be obtained from library sources or documents. Secondary data collection technique in which the data can be obtained through previous research notes, and in the form of books, scientific reports, journals, official documents, and news that has been spread in the media then collected, analyzed, and concluded so as to get conclusions regarding the study of literature. Based on the results of a literature study of 20 existing research articles and journals regarding research on Factors Influencing Consumer Decision Making in Choosing a Fitness Center, the following are the factors that influence consumer decision making in choosing a fitness center based on sequence: Service Factor, Location Factor, Price Factor. Motivation Factor, Promotion Factor, and Brand Image Factor. Keywords: Decision making, consumer, fitness center
