Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh adversity intelligence terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh literasi digital terhadap kinerja karyawan; menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan adversity terhadap kepuasan kerja dan literasi digital terhadap kepuasan kerja; dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh kecerdasan adversitas terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja dan apakah ada pengaruh Literasi digital terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adversity intelligence berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di perguruan tinggi negeri. Digital Literacy berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja di perguruan tinggi negeri. Semakin baik Literasi digital karyawan, maka semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kecerdasan adversitas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja di perguruan tinggi negeri. Literasi Digital tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di PTN; Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Perguruan Tinggi Negeri, dan Adversity Intelligence tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui mediasi Kepuasan Kerja pada Perguruan Tinggi Negeri. Semakin tinggi kecerdasan adversitas karyawan, semakin tinggi pula kinerja karyawan yang berdampak pada kepuasan kerja. Digital Literacy mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai dengan memediasi kepuasan kerja di perguruan tinggi negeri. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Adversitas, Literasi Digital, Kinerja Karyawan, Kepuasan kerja *** This research aims to analyze the effect ofadversity intelligence on employee performance, the effect of digital Literacy on employee performance;analyze the effect of adversity intelligence on job satisfaction and digitalLiteracy on job satisfaction; andanalyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, the effect of adversity intelligence on employee performance through mediation job satisfaction and for whether there is an effect of digital Literacy on employee performance through the mediation of job satisfaction at Jakarta State University. The study results show that adversity intelligence influences employee performance at state universities. Digital Literacy influences job satisfaction at state universities. The better the digital Literacy of employees, the higher the job satisfaction of employees. Adversity intelligence affects job satisfaction at state universities. Digital Literacy has no effect on employee performance at state universities; Job Satisfaction positively affects employee performance at state universities, and Adversity Intelligence does not affect Employee Performance through the mediation of Job Satisfaction at state universities. The higher the employee adversity intelligence, the higher the employee performance, which impacts job satisfaction.
