Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. X Motor Manufacturing. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 220 karyawan PT. X Motor Manufacturing berusia 19-55 tahun yang diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan pda proses pengambilan data pada penelitian ini yaitu Job Competence Assessment (JCA), Herzberg Two-Factor, dan Individual Work Performance (IWP). Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik dalam pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda, signifikansi sebesar 0.000 yang berada di bawah taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil uji hipotesis ini adalah H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari kompetensi kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil analisis yang telah dipaparkan maka disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif pada kompetensi kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. X Motor Manufacturing. Kata kunci: Kompetensi Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan This study aims to determine the effect of work competence and work motivation on employee performance at PT. X Motor Manufacturing. This study used a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 220 employees of PT. X Motor Manufacturing aged 19-55 years obtained by engineering purposive sampling. The measuring instruments used in the data collection process in this study are: Job Competence Assessment (JCA), Herzberg Two-Factor, and Individual Work Performance (IWP). Based on the results of statistical analysis in hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, the significance of 0.000 is below the significant level of 0.05. The result of this hypothesis test is that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between work competence and work motivation on employee performance. The results of the analysis that have been presented then it is concluded that there is a significant and positive influence on work competence and work motivation on the performance of PT.
