Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan penggunaan media pembelajaran poster dan buku saku terhadap pengetahuan sanitasi hygiene. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu kelas X Tata Boga 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen 1 menggunakan poster dan X Tata Boga 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen 2 menggunakan buku saku. Hasil pretest pada kelas eksperimen 1 menggunakan poster adalah 69,6, sedangkan hasil posttest 85,07 dan hasil pretest pada kelas eksperimen 2 menggunakan buku saku adalah 65,2 sedangkan hasil posttest 90,00. Berdasarkan kedua media tersebut pengetahuan peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen 2 menggunakan media buku saku lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas eksperimen 1 menggunakan media poster. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis penelitian ini diterima, terdapat perbedaan penggunaan media pembelajaran poster dan buku saku terhadap pengetahuan sanitasi hygiene kelas X Tata Boga. ***** This study aims to analyze the differences in the use of posters and pocket books on learning sanitation knowledge. The sample of this research was grade X culinary 1 as the experimental grade 1 using posters and X culinary 2 as the experimental grade 2 using a pocket book. The pretest result in experimental grade 1 using posters was 69.6, while the posttest result was 85.07 and the pretest result in experimental grade 2 using a pocket book was 65.2 while the posttest result was 90.00. Based on these two media, the knowledge of students in the experimental grade 2 using the pocket book media was higher than the experimental grade 1 using the poster media. The results show that the research hypothesis is accepted, there are differences in the use of posters and pocket book learning media on knowledge of sanitation hygiene class X culinary.
