Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan Pentas Seni Rutin SMPN 241 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Waktu pelaksanaan dilakukan selama 5 bulan, sejak Februari – Juni 2023. Data diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dalam uji keabsahan data, penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu Pentas Seni Rutin melatih peserta didik menjadi percaya diri dan berani tampil di depan umum. Dalam pengelolaannya telah menjalankan 4 (empat) fungsi pengelolaan diantaranya, perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Penerapan empat fungsi tersebut berupa penentuan peserta didik yang akan tampil, menentukan tim OSIS yang akan membantu kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan Pentas Seni Rutin di hari Kamis, dan evaluasi akhir kegiatan oleh ketua Pentas Seni Rutin. Pentas Seni Rutin dapat menjadi upaya untuk sekolah dalam mewadahi kegiatan musik meskipun tidak memiliki tenaga ahli di bidangnya. Selain itu, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber literatur bagi yang ingin mengkaji terkait pengelolaan pentas seni dan mata kuliah Manajemen Pagelaran, Apresiasi Musik, dan Estetika. ***** This study aims to describe the management of Routine Art Performances at SMPN 241 Jakarta. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The implementation period was carried out for 5 months, from February to June 2023. Data was obtained from observations, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. In testing the validity of the data, this study used technical triangulation. The results of this study are that Routine Art Performances train students to be confident and dare to appear in public. In its management, it has carried out 4 (four) management functions including planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. The implementation of the four functions is in the form of determining the students who will perform, determining the student council team that will assist the activity, carrying out the Routine Art Performance activities on Thursday, and the final evaluation of activities by the Head of the Routine Art Performance. Routine Art Performances can be an effort for schools to accommodate music activities even though they do not have experts in music. In addition, this research is expected to be a source of literature for those who wish to study related to the management of performing arts and Performance Management, Music Appreciation, and Aesthetics courses.
