Abstract
Adaptasi new normal pada saat ini mencerminkan perubahan perilaku masyarakat dalam menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari sesuai imbauan pemerintah. Dalam kondisi pandemi, terjadi penyesuaian terhadap kebiasaan baru dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Pergeseran pola konsumen juga tampak dengan meningkatnya popularitas pembelian online, khususnya melalui platform Shopee. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dampak perilaku adaptasi new normal (X) terhadap tingkat penggunaan e-commerce (Y) di kalangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Jakarta, terutama angkatan 2018, 2019, dan 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang dilakukan selama bulan September 2022 – Oktober 2023. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Jakarta khususnya pada angkatan 2018, 2019, dan 2020. Subjek penelitian adalah 93 responden mahasiswa/I dengan menggunakan teknik propotional sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dikirim dengan melalui Google Form, Direct Message Instagram dan juga melalui chat via Whatsapp dengan total jumlah 43 pertanyaan, dengan masing-masing variabel (X) 25 butir pertanyaan dan 18 butir pertanyaan untuk variabel (Y). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari adaptasi new normal terhadap tingkat penggunaan e-commerce oleh mahasiswa/i Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Jakarta angkatan 2018, 2019, dan 2020, Dengan nilai Sig 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung 9,663 > ttabel 1,986, Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, menandakan bahwa variabel adaptasi new normal secara statistik signifikan mempengaruhi tingkat penggunaan e-commerce. Berdasrkan hasil model regresi linear sederhana yang digunakan Variabel adaptasi new normal sebesar 50,6% variasi dalam tingkat penggunaan e-commerce. Sisanya, sebesar 49,4%, dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain Artinya, sebagian besar variasi dalam tingkat penggunaan e-commerce karena adanya perilaku adaptasi new normal, sementara faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diukur dalam penelitian juga memiliki kontribusi. *** The current adaptation of new normal policies reflects changes in people's behavior in carrying out daily activities in accordance with government advice. In pandemic conditions, there is an adjustment to new habits by complying with health protocols. Shifts in consumer patterns are also visible with the increasing popularity of online purchases, especially through the Shopee platform. This research aims to understand the impact of new normal policy adaptation behavior (X) on the level of Shopee usage (Y) among students at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Jakarta State University, especially the classes of 2018, 2019 and 2020. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method carried out during September 2022 - October 2023. The research location was carried out at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Jakarta State University, especially in the classes of 2018, 2019 and 2020. The research subjects were 93 student respondents using proportional techniques. sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires sent via Google Form, Instagram Direct Message and also via chat via Whatsapp with a total of 43 questions, in each question 25 questions for variable (X) and 18 questions for variable (Y). Based on the research results obtained, it shows that there is a significant influence from the adaptation of the new normal on the level of use of Shopee by students of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Jakarta State University, class of 2018, 2019 and 2020, with a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t value of 9.663 > ttable 1.986, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, indicating that the new normal policy adaptation variable statistically significantly influences the level of Shopee usage. Based on the results of the simple linear regression model used, the new normal policy adaptation variable accounts for 50.6% of the variation in Shopee usage levels. The remainder, amounting to 49.4%, is influenced by other variables. This means that most of the variation in Shopee usage levels is due to adaptation behavior to new normal policies, while other factors not measured in the research also have a contribution.
