Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk bahan evaluasi reaksi peserta atas penyelenggaraan diklat yang diberikan dengan Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Perpustakaan Nasional RI agar memperbaiki serta meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan penyelenggara. Pada realitanya masih terdapat kritik dan saran terhadap penyelenggaraan diklat Kepala Perpustakaan Sekolah, permasalahan tersebut merupakan masalah internal dan eksternal yang memungkinkan menjadi kendala untuk perkembangan Pusdiklat nantinya. Maka dari itu, penting dilakukan evaluasi berdasarkan salah satu tahapan pada model evaluasi Kirkpatrick yaitu level 1 reaksi dengan beberapa aspek antara lain, diklat, materi, strategi penyampaian materi yang digunakan oleh pengajar/widyaiswara, dan relevansi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sampel pada penelitian ini 54 peserta diklat kepala perpustakaan sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan evaluasi reaksi peserta diklat terhadap penyelenggaraan Diklat Kepala Perpustakaan Sekolah pada Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Perpustakaan Nasional RI ada pada menunjukan reaksi positif yang tinggi. Pada indikator diklat mendapatkan rata-rata sebesar 94,44%, untuk mata ajar yang relevan dengan kepala perpustakaan sekolah mendapatkan nilai 91,14% dan secara keseluruhan pada mendapatkan nilai 4,76 atau 95,19%. Pada indikator konten mendapatkan rata-rata sebesar 95,47% dan secara keseluruhan indikator konten mendapatkan nilai 4,78 atau 95,56%. Pada indikator pengajar/widyaiswara mendapatkan rata-rata sebesar 100% dan secara keseluruhan nilai untuk indikator ini 4,81 atau 96,30%. Pada indikator relevansi mendapatkan rata-rata 95,83% dan secara keseluruhan indikator relevansi mendapatkan nilai 4,83 atau 96,67%. ***** This research aims to evaluate participants' reactions to the implementation of training provided by the Indonesian National Library Education and Training Center in order to improve and increase the quality of learning carried out by the organizers. In reality, there are still criticisms and suggestions regarding the implementation of training for School Library Directors, these problems are internal and external problems which may become obstacles to the development of the Education and Training Center in the future. Therefore, it is important to carry out an evaluation based on one of the stages in the Kirkpatrick evaluation model, namely level 1 reaction with several aspects, including training, material, material delivery strategies used by teachers/teachers, and relevance. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The sample in this study was 54 school library principal training participants. The results of the research show that the evaluation of training participants' reactions to the implementation of School Library Director Training at the Indonesian National Library Education and Training Center showed a high positive reaction. The education and training indicator got an average of 94.44%, for subjects relevant to school librarians it got a score of 91.14% and overall it got a score of 4.76 or 95.19%. The content indicator got an average of 95.47% and overall the content indicator got a value of 4.78 or 95.56%. The teacher/widyaiswara indicator gets an average of 100% and the overall score for this indicator is 4.81 or 96.30%. The relevance indicator gets an average of 95.83% and overall the relevance indicator gets a value of 4.83 or 96.67%.
