Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data terkait pengelolaan objek wisata alam Waduk Setu Cipayung serta kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan objek wisata alam di Waduk Setu Cipayung. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Waduk Setu Cipayung, Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan deskriptif dan teknik keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi data. Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur merupakan salah satu wilayah bagian dari Provinsi Daerah Khusus Jakarta yang memiliki potensi wisata yang cukup banyak. Waduk Setu Cipayung adalah salah satu objek wisata alam yang menarik perhatian wisatawan lokal di Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur. Waduk Setu Cipayung memiliki keindahan alam yang menarik, dan di sekitarnya terdapat fasilitas-fasilitas pendukung seperti taman, toilet, area parkir, dan tempat makan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi bahwa pengelolaan objek wisata alam di Waduk Setu Cipayung belum optimal sesuai teori destination management organization (DMO) yaitu kurangnya koordinasi antar pemangku kepentingan di bidang pariwisata, kurang kesiapsiagaan manajemen krisis destinasi, dan belum maksimalnya pemasaran destinasi. Sehingga masih banyak kekurangan dalam pengelolaan dan terdapat kendala pengelolaannya seperti keterbatasan anggaran dana dan aksesibilitas yang kurang memadai. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan, Objek Wisata Alam The purpose of this research is to collecting data related to the management of natural objects tourism in Setu Cipayung Reservoir, and to identify the problems found during manage the natural objects tourism in Setu Cipayung Reservoir. The research took place at Setu Cipayung Reservoir, East Jakarta Administrative City. The research method used is a qualitative approach using descriptive research. The collection techniques used were observation, surveys, and documentation . The analysis of the data was used with Miles and Huberman's data model. The data validity technique is carried out by data triangulation. The East Jakarta of Administrative City is one of the areas part of the Special Region of Jakarta Province which has quite a lot of tourism potential. Setu Cipayung Reservoir is one of the natural object of tourism that attracts the attention of local tourists in East Jakarta. Setu Cipayung Reservoir has attractive natural beauty, and around it there are supporting facilities such as parks, toilets, parking areas and restaurant. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers through observation, interviews, and documentation, the management of natural tourist attractions in the Setu Cipayung Reservoir has not been optimal according to destination management organization (DMO) theory, less of coordination between stakeholders in the tourism sector, less of preparedness for destination crisis management, and destination marketing has not been maximized. So there are many problems in management with related to finance, such as low income and restricted accessibility. Keywords: Management, Natural Object of Tourism
