Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Teknik Memory Skill dalam Quantum Teaching dapat Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPS peserta didik di kelas VII – A SMP Negeri 228 Jakarta pada semester genap tahun ajar 2018/2019 pada bulan Februari sampai dengan bulan Mei 2019. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 siklus, dan dari setiap siklusnya terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu : Perencanaan Tindakan (planning), Pelaksanaan Tindakan (acting), Observasi (observating), dan Refleksi (reflecting). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hasil belajar mengalami peningkatan pada setiap siklusnya, siklus satu sebesar 41% (15 peserta didik) memperoleh nilai hasil belajar diatas KKM 72, siklus dua 69% (24 peserta didik) mencapai nilai diatas KKM 72, dan siklus tiga 97% (35 peserta didik) mencapai nilai diatas KKM 72. Selain itu keberhasilan peningkatan juga terjadi pada penerapan keaktifan bertanya, menjawab, berpendapat, dan Bekerja sama. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan Teknik Memory Skill dalam Quantum Teaching dapat Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPS peserta didik dan dapat meningkatkan keaktifan peserta didik, sehingga peserta didik dapat memperoleh hasil belajar IPS yang lebih baik yaitu diatas standar KKM 72. This study aims to find out the application of Memory Skill Techniques in Quantum Teaching can Improve Social Studies Learning Outcomes of students in class VII - A Public Middle School 228 Jakarta in the even semester of the 2018/2019 academic year from February to May 2019. Research Methods used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This study uses 3 cycles, and from each cycle consists of four stages, namely: Planning Action (planning), Implementation of Action (acting), Observation (observating), and Reflection (reflecting). Based on the results of the study of learning outcomes experienced an increase in each cycle, cycle one amounted to 41% (15 students) obtained the value of learning outcomes above KKM 72, cycle two 69% (24 students) achieved scores above KKM 72, and cycle three 97% (35 students) achieved scores above KKM 72. In addition, the success of the improvement also occurred in the application of activeness in asking, answering, arguing, and cooperating. Thus it can be concluded that the application of Memory Skill Techniques in Quantum Teaching can Improve Social Studies Learning Outcomes of students and can increase the activeness of students, so that students can obtain better social studies learning outcomes above the KKM 72 standard.
