Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja tenaga operator sekolah dasar dan untuk mengetahui secara umum pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga operator Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Wilayah I Jakarta Timur. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisa data yang dilakukan dengan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan angket yang dirancang dalam bentuk butir pernyataan dengan penilaian skala likert. Terdapat 160 sampel sebagai unit analisis yang diambil dari 268 populasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan proportional random sampling dengan memperhatikan proporsi tiap wilayah populasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, terdapat pengaruh antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja tenaga operator sekolah dengan nilai koefisian korelasi sebesar 0,4305 dan nilai thitung sebesar 5,9949. Ini memberikan makna peningkatan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah akan diikuti oleh peningkatan kinerja tenaga operator sekolah. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga operator sekolah dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,5226 dan nilai thitung sebesar 7,7047. Ini memberikan makna peningkatan kepuasan kerja tenaga operator Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Wilayah I Jakarta Timur akan diikuti oleh peningkatan kinerja tenaga operator sekolah. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,6325 dan nilai thitung sebesar 10,265. Ini memberikan makna peningkatan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah akan diikuti oleh peningkatan kepuasan kerja. ***** This study aims to improve the performance of elementary school operators and to determine in general the effect of principal leadership and job satisfaction on the performance of public elementary school operators in Region I East Jakarta. The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and data analysis was conducted using path analysis technique. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out using a questionnaire designed in the form of statement items with Likert scale ratings. There are 160 samples as units of analysis taken from 268 populations. The sampling technique in this study used proportional random sampling by taking into account the proportion of each population area. The results of this study indicate that: first, there is an influence between the principal's leadership on the performance of school operators with a correlation coefficient of 0.4305 and a tcount of 5.9949. This means that an increase in principal leadership will be followed by an increase in the performance of school operators. Second, there is an influence between job satisfaction on the performance of school operators with a correlation coefficient of 0.5226 and a tcount of 7.7047. This means that an increase in job satisfaction of public primary school operators in Region I East Jakarta will be followed by an increase in the performance of school operators. Third, there is an influence of job satisfaction on the performance of school operators.Third, there is an influence between principal leadership on job satisfaction with a correlation coefficient of 0.6325 and a tcount of 10.265.
