Abstract

Sofiana Setyawati, 2020; Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT X. Skripsi, Jakarta: Konsentrasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Program Studi S1 Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Untuk mengetahui 1) Deskripsi motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan kinerja karyawan PT X. 2) Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT X, 3) Pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT X. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 106 karyawan PT X. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada para responden. Kemudian data diproses menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 22. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan eksplanatori. Hasil regresi menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan juga antara komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. The purpose of this research is: To find out 1) The description of work motivation, organizational commitment, and employee performance on PT X, 2) The influence of work motivation on the performance of PT X employees, 3) The influence of organizational commitment on performance of PT X employees. This research was conducted on 106 PT X employees. This research was conducted on 106 PT X employees. Data collection techniques using survey methods by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. Then the data is processed using SPSS application version 22. This study uses descriptive and explanatory analysis techniques. Regression results show that there is a positive and significant effect between work motivation on employee performance, and also between organizational commitment on employee performance.
