Abstract

Hana Atikah. 2020; Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Pada PT A Batam. Skripsi, Jakarta: Program Studi S1 Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Untuk Mengetahui 1) Deskripsi dari kompensasi, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi karyawan PT A Batam, 2) pengaruh kompensasi terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT A Batam, 3) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT A Batam. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 110 orang karyawan PT A Batam. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan metode survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan program Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) 3.2.6. Hasil dari PLS menunjukan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap komitmen organisasi dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan PT A Batam. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi Hana Atikah 2020: The Effect of Compentation and Job Satistifaction towards Organizational Commitments at PT A Batam. Thesis: Jakarta, Management Study Program, Faculity of Economics, State of University of Jakarta. The purpose of this research are: To Know 1) Description of compensation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of PT A Batam employee, 2) The effect of compensation towards organizational commitment at PT A Batam, 3) The effect of job satisfaction towards organizational commitment at PT A Batam. This research was conducted on 110 PT A Batam employees. The techniques of collecting data uses a interview method and survey method, namely spreading questionnaries which are processed with a SmartPLS 3.2.6 program. The results of PLS show there is a positive and significant influence between compensation towards Organizational Commitment and show there is a positive and significant between job satisfication towards Organizational Commitment of PT A Batam employees.
