Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi program Pendidikan guru penggerak di Wilayah Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan model Goal Free Evaluation. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa partisipasi guru penggerak saat dan pasca mengikuti program pendidikan guru penggerak terhadap pembelajaran, interaksi dan kerjasama antara guru penggerak dengan guru lainnya di sekolah telah menunjukkan hasil yang positif pada beberapa aspek penting dalam dunia Pendidikan. Program Pendidikan guru penggerak berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas pengajaran, penguasaan materi, peningkatan keterampilan dan kompetensi guru penggerak di sekolah sehingga terjadi peningkatan kualitas dalam pengajaran dan hasil belajar siswa. Adapun dalam program Pendidikan guru penggerak ini perlu memperhatikan rancangan model Pendidikan guru penggerak, diantaranya; 1) input, 2) proses, 3) output, dan 4) dampak. The aim of this research is to evaluate the driving teacher education program in the West Java Province Region. This research uses a qualitative approach with the Goal Free Evaluation model. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the participation of driving teachers during and after participating in the driving teacher education program regarding learning, interaction and collaboration between driving teachers and other teachers in schools has shown positive results in several important aspects in the world of education. The driving teacher education program has an impact on improving the quality of teaching, mastery of material, increasing the skills and competence of driving teachers in schools so that there is an increase in the quality of teaching and student learning outcomes. As for the driving teacher education program, it is necessary to pay attention to the design of the driving teacher education model, including; 1) input, 2) process, 3) Output, and 4) outcome.
