Abstract

Kota Tangerang Selatan merukapan kota dengan sektor tanaman hias yang sangat berkembang (Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Tangerang Selatan). Di Kota Tangerang Selatan banyak toko tanaman hias yang bermunculan, baik itu toko offline maupun toko online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor personal yang mengakibatkan konsumen tanaman hias di jalan Pisok II Kota Tangerang Selatan tertarik membeli tanaman hias secara Online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekata deskriptif. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 responden yaitu konsumen tanaman hias di Jalan Pisok II yang membeli tanaman hias secara online. Analisis data pada penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik persentase (frekuensi relatif) dalam bentuk diagram yang dideskripsikan. Konsumen tanaman hias di Jalan Pisok II Kota Tangerang Selatan sangat senang dengan adanya pembelian tanaman hias secara online. Akses yang lebih mudah, harga yang terjangkau, serta kualitas tanaman hias yang bagus, memberikan hal positif bagi konsumen tanaman hias. ***** South Tangerang City is a city with a very developed ornamental plant sector (South Tangerang City Central Statistics Agency). In South Tangerang City, many ornamental plant shops have sprung up, both offline and online shops. This research aims to determine the personal factors that cause ornamental plant consumers on Jalan Pisok II, South Tangerang City to be interested in buying ornamental plants online. The research method used is a descriptive approach. The sample taken in this research was 80 respondents, namely ornamental plant consumers on Jalan Pisok II who bought ornamental plants online. Data analysis in the research was carried out using percentage techniques (relative frequencies) in the form of diagrams described. Ornamental plant consumers on Jalan Pisok II, South Tangerang City are very happy with purchasing ornamental plants online. Easier access, affordable prices, and good quality ornamental plants provide positive things for ornamental plant consumers.
