Abstract

Rizky Juniansyah, 2020; Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja di PT JCO. Skripsi, Jakarta: Program Studi S1 Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Untuk mengetahui 1) Deskripsi dari kompensasi, pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT JCO, 2) Pengaruh kmpensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja di PT JCO, 3) Pengaruh pengembangan karir terhhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT JCO, 4) Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 105 karyawan PT JCO. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu dengan metode survey dengan cara wawancara dan menyebarkan kuesioner kemudian diolah menggunakan program SPSS 22. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan eksplanatori. Hasil yang didapat dari regresi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja. The purpose of this study is: To find out 1) Description of compensation, career development and job satisfaction of employees at PT JCO, 2) The effect of compensation on job satisfaction at PT JCO, 3) The effect of career development on employee job satisfaction at PT JCO, 4) Research this was done to 105 PT JCO employees. The technique used in data collection is the survey method by interviewing and distributing questionnaires and then processed using the SPSS 22 program. This research uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results obtained from the regression show that there is a positive and significant effect between compensation for job satisfaction, and a positive and significant effect between career development on job satisfaction.
