Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis usaha lidah kucing tepung mocaf dengan formula penambahan rasa matcha dan target penjualan 40 toples dalam 1 bulan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kampus A Fakultas Teknik, Program Studi SKPJM, Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ). Penelitian dimulai bulan juni hingga juli 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan responden masyarakat umum. Strategi atau promosi yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan sosial media seperti whatsapp dan instagram, menawarkan secara langsung dan memberi gratis ongkir dengan minimal pembelian dan jarak tempuh maksimal 5 km. Kue lidah kucing substitusi tepung mocaf dengan formula penambahan rasa matcha cocok untuk anak-anak hingga dewasa dan tahan lama jika disimpan dengan baik, minimnya persaingan dan dengan menggunakan tepung mocaf dan matcha menjadi daya tarik untuk penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa target telah terpenuhi dan minat terhadap kue lidah kucing substitusi tepung mocaf dengan formula penambahan rasa matcha cukup tinggi karna faktor rasa manis dan sedikit pahit dari matcha dan tekstur yang renyah dan kokoh dari tepung mocaf Kata Kunci : Perencanaan Usaha, Kue Lidah Kucing, Matcha ***** This study aims to analyze the mocaf flour cat tongue business with a formula for adding matcha flavor and a sales target of 40 jars in 1 month. month.
