Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif Guru SMK Swasta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 280 dengan sampel sebanyak 165 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner yang sebelumnya telah diuji coba dan disebarkan melalui Google Form. Dalam penelitian ini, analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi. Teknik pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistic Versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh parsial antara kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif guru SMK Swasta dengan hasil Thitung 4,389 > Ttabel 1,974. (2) Terdapat pengaruh parsial antara budaya organisasi terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif guru SMK Swasta dengan hasil Thitung 8,477 > Ttabel 1,974. (3) Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif guru SMK Swasta dengan hasil nilai Fhitung 506,169 > Ftabel 3,051. Penelitian selanjutnya yang ingin membahas topik serupa direkomendasikan untuk melakukan penelitian dalam lingkup area yang lebih luas. ***** This research aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on Innovative Work Behaviour of Private Vocational Teachers. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The population in this study amounted to 280 with a sample of 165 respondents. The data collection method was carried out through a questionnaire that had previously been tested and distributed via Google Form. In this study, the data analysis that carried out was multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The data processing technique in this study was carried out using IBM SPSS Statistic Version 25. The results showed that (1) There is a partial influence between transformational leadership on the innovative work behaviour of private vocational school teachers with the results of Thitung 4.389> Ttabel 1.974. (2) There is a partial influence between organizational culture on the innovative work behaviour of teachers of private vocational schools with the results of Thitung 8.477 > Ttabel 1.974. (3) There is a simultaneous influence between transformational leadership and organizational culture on the innovative work behaviour of teachers of private vocational schools with the results of the Fcount value of 506,169 > Ftable 3,051. Future research that wants to discuss similar topics is recommended to conduct research in a wider area.
