Abstract

Perguruan Tinggi Swasta sangat penting menerapkan strategi manajemen sebagai sarana penerapan serangkaian inisiatif perbaikan berkelanjutan untuk kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tinjauan komprehensif dan merumuskan kerangka teoritis dan empiris yang berkaitan dengan Knowledge Management (KM), Intellectual Capital (IC), Dynamic Capabilities (DC), dan Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA) pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausalitas, responden dipilih menggunakan prosedur probability sampling dengan pendekatan random sampling. Populasi penelitian adalah 11 Universitas Swasta non-vokasi yang terakreditasi A dan Unggul pada LLDikti Wilayah III, Indonesia, sampel penelitian terdiri dari 92 pimpinan dari 10 PTS. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model dengan Smart PLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa KM dan IC berpengaruh positif terhadap DC dan SCA, namun demikian DC tidak berpengaruh pada SCA baik secara langsung maupun sebagai variabel mediasi. Dengan demikian, untuk memperoleh kinerja PTS ditandai dengan keunggulan kompetitif berkelanjutan pada PTS yaitu keberhasilan secara berkelanjutan kinerja individu dan organisasi terhadap pengelolaan PT untuk mencapai keunggulan organisasi, efektivitas organisasi, ketanggapan organisasi, kualitas pendidikan, kemampuan inovasi. Kemampuan organisasi penting untuk merespons lingkungan internal dan eksternalnya untuk mencapai kinerja impelementasi dari Tri Dharma PT. ******* Implementing management strategies is crucial for private universities as it enables them to implement a series of continuous improvement initiatives that enhance organizational performance. This research aims to conduct a comprehensive review and formulate a theoretical and empirical framework related to knowledge management (KM), intellectual capital (IC), dynamic capabilities (DC), and sustainable competitive advantage (SCA) in private higher education. This research uses a quantitative method with a causality approach, respondents were selected using a probability sampling procedure with a random sampling approach. The research population was 11 nonvocational private universities accredited A or excellent in LLDikti Region III, Indonesia. The research sample consisted of 92 leaders from 10 private universities. The research sample consisted of 92 leaders from 10 private universities. Data research analysis uses Structural Equation Model with Smart PLS 4.0. The research results have shown that KM and IC have a positive effect on DC and SCA; however, DC has no effect on SCA either directly or as a mediating variable. Thus, achieving PTS performance is characterized by a sustainable competitive advantage in PTS, specifically the continuous success of individual and organizational performance in PT management, which leads to organizational excellence, organizational effectiveness, organizational responsiveness, educational quality, and innovation capabilities. It is crucial for the organization to have the ability to adapt to both its internal and external environment in order to achieve optimal implementation performance for Tri Dharma of HEI.
