Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan konten pedagogis dengan perilaku inovatif guru IPA SMP Negeri di Wilayah Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel dari penelitian adalah 54 guru dari 25 SMP Negeri di Wilayah Jakarta Timur yang diambil secara acak proporsional. Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji signifikansi regresi dan uji linieritas. Kemudian untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan korelasi product moment, koefisien determinasi dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan konten pedagogis memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan perilaku inovatif guru, artinya semakin tinggi pengetahuan konten pedagogis yang dimiliki oleh guru maka akan semakin tinggi perilaku inovatif guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran. Pengetahuan konten pedagogis guru dapat direalisasikan dengan penguatan materi pelajaran, pendekatan pembelajaran, pemahaman guru akan RPP, pemahaman Teknik penilaian pembelajaran dan pemahaman guru akan karakteristik peserta didik. Pemahaman pengetahuan akan konten pedagigis guru yang dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran akan menguatkan perilaku inovatif guru dalam proses pembelajaran. ********************************** This study aims to determine the relationship between pedagogical content knowledge and innovative behavior of science teachers at State Junior High Schools in the East Jakarta Region. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample of the study was 54 teachers from 25 state junior high schools in the East Jakarta region which were taken proportionally randomly. The data analytic used normality test, regression significance test and linearity test. Then, for hypothesis used product moment correlation, coefficient of determination and t test. The results showed that there is positive and significant correlation between pedagogical content knowledge with innovative behavior, it meaning that the higher pedagogical content knowledge possessed by the teacher, the higher the innovative behavior of the teacher in carrying out learning. Pedagogical content knowledge can be realized by strengthening subject matter, learning approaches, teacher understanding of lesson plans, understanding learning assessment techniques and teacher understanding of student characteristics. Understanding the knowledge of the teacher's pedagogical content in carrying out the learning process will strengthen the innovative behavior of the teacher in the learning process.
