Abstract
PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA BPJS KETENAGAKERJAAN MELALUI GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE Rekson Silaban Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mencari tau mengenai kinerja pegawai BPJS ketenagakerjaan melalui budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional dengan Good Corporate Governance(GCG) sebagai variabel mediasi.Dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 75 responden yang mewakili seluruh kantor cabang BPJS Ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia. Metodepengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi bergandadengan menggunakan software SPSS 25. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat lima hipotesis yang diuji dan terdapat dua pengujian hipotesis melalui variabel intervening yang diuji dengan perhitungan uji sobel. Hasil uji statistik dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa seluruh hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penlitian ini dapat diterima baik pengaruh langsung, maupun pengaruh tidak langsung (mediasi). Kata kunci: BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Kinerja, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Perhitungan Sobel, Analisis Regresi Berganda, SPSS 25 INFLUENCE OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP, ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE TOWARD PERFORMANCE OF BPJS KETENAGAKERJAAN THROUGH GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE Rekson Silaban Abstract This study aims to examine and find out about the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan manpower through organizational culture and transformational leadership with Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as a mediating variable. In this study will be used total amount 75 sample as respondents which representing all BPJS Ketenagakerjaan branch offices in Indonesia. The data testing method used in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. In this study there were five hypotheses tested and there were two hypotheses testing through intervening variables tested by the calculation of the multiple test. The statistical test results from this study state that all hypotheses put forward in this study are acceptable both direct side and indirect effects (mediation) side.
