Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT Honoris Industry Kota Bogor. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan berdasarkan kuantitatif dengan sampel 193 karyawan bagian produksi, metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Smart PLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompetensi kerja berpangaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompetensi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Oleh karena itu sebaiknya perusahaan memperhatikan kembali kompetensi kerja, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja yang akan mempengaruhi terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja karyawan, kompetensi kerja, disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja ***** The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work competency and work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT Honoris Industry Bogor City. The research method used was quantitative based with a sample of 193 production employees, the data analysis method used was Smart PLS version 4. The results of this research show that work competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, satisfaction work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance employees through job satisfaction. Therefore, companies should pay more attention to work competency, work discipline and job satisfaction which will influence improving employee performance.
