Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh eWOM, destination image, dan accessibility terhadap visit intention dan visit decision pada Makam Raja Imogiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model) untuk kuantifikasi. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert enam poin. Karakteristik sampel penelitian ini adalah orang yang pernah melihat atau mendengar ulasan minimal satu kali mengenai Makam Raja Imogiri di Internet, pernah berwisata (minimal satu kali) ke tempat wisata Makam Raja-Raja Imogiri) dalam lima tahun terakhir, dan minimal berusia 17 tahun. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 25 dan AMOS 26 dengan menggunakan 210 sampel responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa destination image tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap visit intention pada Makam Raja Imogiri. eWOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap visit intention pada Makam Raja Imogiri. Accessibility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap visit intention pada Makam Raja Imogiri. Visit intention berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap visit decision pada Makam Raja Imogiri. Kata kunci: eWOM, Destination Image, Accessibility, Visit Intention, Visit Decision. ***** The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of eWOM, destination image, and accessibility on visit intention and visit decision at the Imogiri Royal Cemetery. This study used SEM (Structural Equation Model) for quantification. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire with a six-point Likert scale. The characteristics of this research sample are people who have seen or heard reviews at least once about the Imogiri Royal Cemetery on the Internet, have traveled (at least once) to the Imogiri Royal Cemetery tourist attractions in the last five years, and are at least 17 years old. Data processing using SPSS 25 and AMOS 26 software using 210 respondent samples. The results showed that destination image has no significant effect on visit intention at the Imogiri Royal Cemetery. eWOM has a positive and significant effect on visit intention at the Imogiri Royal Cemetery. Accessibility has a positive and significant effect on visit intention at the Imogiri Royal Cemetery.
