Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah dasar Islam Terpadu Insan Mandiri, Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode evaluasi menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, serta melalui data sekunder yaitu observasi atau pengamatan dan studi dokumentasi. Data penelitian yang telah dianalisis menghasilkan temuan sebagai berikut (1) SDIT Insan Mandiri merencanakan pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka dengan menyusun modul ajar, melakukan pelatihan, dan berbagi informasi antar guru yang telah menerapkannya; (2) Pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka dilakukan dengan menerbitkan buku religius tentang nasionalisme. Membuat kegiatan market day dan infak yang mengacu pada aspek profil pelajar Pancasila, seperti mandiri, kreatif, dan bergotong royong. Penilaian yang dilakukan meliputi kognitif, afektif dan prikomotorik ; (3) Evaluasi kurikulum SDIT Insan Mandiri, dilakukan pada guru melalui komunitas belajar dan anak peserta didik melalui penilaian teman dan refleksi diri; (4) Hambatan pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka di SDIT Insan Mandiri terdiri dari hambatan diantaranya pemahaman kurikulum merdeka yang belum komprehensitf, serta kemampuan gurg yang belum standar tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) perencanaan implementasi kurikulum merdeka adalah menyusun modul ajar dan sharing serta pelatihan bersama guru. (2) pelaksanaan membuat program kegiatan market day serta kegiatan P5 yang mencangkup dimensi profil pelajar Pancasila. (3) Evaluasi dilakukan oleh guru dengan melihat kemampuan belajar siswa berjalan dengan efektif atau tidak selain itu dilakukan evaluasi kepada murid dengan cara penilaian antar teman dan refleksi diri. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi (1) kepada sekolah agar melatih guru supaya memiliki pemahaman serta melakukan diskusi sesame guru agar kemapuan guru meningkat lebih tinggi. (2) kepada Yayasan agar selalu melakukan peningkatan kemampuan guru agar mampu beradaptasi dengan pemberlakukan kurikulum yang baru dalam hal ini Kurikulum Merdeka. (3) kepada dinas pendidikan agar memberikan kesempatan kepada sekolah-sekolah lain untuk mendapatkan desiminasi dari SDIT Insan Mandiri. ***** The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at Insan Mandiri Integrated Islamic Elementary School, South Jakarta. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with an evaluation method using primary data obtained through interviews, as well as through secondary data, namely observation or observation and documentation studies. The research data that has been analyzed results in the following findings (1) SDIT Insan Mandiri plans Merdeka Curriculum learning by compiling teaching modules, conducting training, and sharing information between teachers who have implemented it; (2) Independent Curriculum learning is carried out by publishing religious books on nationalism. Creating market day and infaq activities that refer to aspects of the Pancasila student profile, such as independence, creativity, and mutual cooperation. The assessment carried out includes cognitive, affective and prikomotor; (3) Evaluation of the SDIT Insan Mandiri curriculum, carried out on teachers through learning communities and students through peer assessment and self-reflection; (4) The obstacles to the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SDIT Insan Mandiri consist of obstacles including an incomprehensive understanding of the independent curriculum, as well as the ability of gurg which is not yet high standard. The results of this study are (1) planning the implementation of the independent curriculum is to develop teaching modules and sharing and training with teachers. (2) implementation of making market day activity programs and P5 activities that cover the dimensions of the Pancasila student profile. (3) Evaluation is carried out by the teacher by seeing whether the student's learning ability is effective or not, in addition to evaluating students by means of peer assessment and self-reflection. This study provides recommendations (1) to schools to train teachers to have an understanding and conduct discussions among teachers so that the ability of teachers increases higher. (2) to the Foundation to always improve the ability of teachers to adapt to the implementation of the new curriculum, in this case the Merdeka Curriculum. (3) to the education office to provide opportunities for other schools to get dissemination from SDIT Insan Mandiri.
