Abstract

Evaluasi Kinerja sekolah menjadi upaya dalam menjaga mutu pendidikan sekolah. Evaluasi kinerja dapat dilakukan melalui berbagai model evaluasi salah satunya dengan menggunakan model balanced scorecard. Penelitian ini akan membahas bagaimana kinerja di SMPIT Darul Maza Bekasi menggunakan model balanced scorecard melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode evaluatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini hanya mengevaluasi 3 perspektif pada model balanced scorecard meliputi: perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, dan perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian pada perspektif pelanggan mengalami peningkatan pada akuisisi pelanggan, retensi pelanggan dan pengamatan pada hasil survei kepuasan pelanggan dengan kategori cukup puas. Kemudian pada perspektif proses bisnis internal dengan mengukur 3 proses meliputi: proses inovatif, proses operasi, dan proses purna jual. Pada proses inovasi di SMPIT Darul Maza Bekasi telah memiliki berbagai inovasi dalam program pendidikannya, pada proses operasi dengan melihat hasil rapor pendidikan tahun 2024 sudah baik, dan proses layanan purna jual memiliki program unggulan yang patut dipertahankan yaitu program tahfizh Al-Quran. Terakhir pada perspektif pertumbuhan dan pemebalajaran dengan mengukur retensi pelanggan yang mengalami penurunan, hasil kepuasan pelanggan dengan rata-rata cukup puas, dan kapabilitas sistem informasi di SMPIT Darul Maza Bekasi yang dilengakpi dengan website sekolah dan media sosial berupa instagram. ***** School performance evaluation is one of the efforts in maintaining the quality of education in a school. Performance evaluation can be done through various evaluation models, one of which is by using the balanced scorecard model. This study will discuss how the performance at SMPIT Darul Maza Bekasi uses the balanced scorecard model through a qualitative approach with an evaluative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies.The results of this study from the customer perspective have increased in customer acquisition, customer retention with the results of the customer satisfaction survey in the category of quite satisfied. Then from the perspective of the internal business process by measuring 3 processes including: innovative process, operational process, and after-sales process. In the innovation process at SMPIT Darul Maza Bekasi, it has had various innovations in its education program, in the operational process by looking at the results of the 2024 education report card it is good, and the after-sales service process has a superior program that should be maintained, namely the Al-Quran memorization program. Finally, from the perspective of growth and learning by measuring customer retention which has decreased, customer satisfaction results with an average of quite satisfied, and the capability of the information system at SMPIT Darul Maza Bekasi which is equipped with a school website and social media in the form of Instagram.
