Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada pekerja generasi milenial di Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang menyertakan pernyataan bernada negatif mengenai work-life balance dan lingkungan kerja. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara work-life balance, lingkungan kerja, dan turnover intention. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, yang berarti semakin buruk keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi, semakin tinggi keinginan untuk berpindah pekerjaan. Selain itu, lingkungan kerja juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, yang menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang kurang kondusif meningkatkan keinginan pekerja untuk keluar dari organisasi. Kemudian secara simultan diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari work life balance dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention. ***** This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance and work environment on turnover intention among millennial workers in Jakarta. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire that included negatively framed statements about work-life balance and the work environment. The data analysis technique employed multiple linear regression to examine the relationship between work-life balance, work environment, and turnover intention. The results of the study indicate that work-life balance has a positive and significant influence on turnover intention, meaning that the worse the balance between work and personal life, the higher the desire to change jobs. Additionally, the work environment was also found to have a positive and significant influence on turnover intention, suggesting that an unconducive work environment increases employees' desire to leave the organization. Furthermore, it was found that work-life balance and the work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on turnover intention.
