Abstract
Penelitian pengembangan yang berjudul “Desain Program Pelatihan “Pengenalan Dasar-Dasar Asuransi Untuk Karyawan Baru di PT ASABRI (Persero)” bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu rancangan dan bahan ajar berupa kurikulum dan modul pelatihan yang dapat membantu Divisi Pelatihan dalam mengembangkan sumber daya manusia karyawan baru dalam mempelajari dasar-dasar asuransi yang sesuai dengan standar kompetensi dan Key Performance Indicator yang ada pada divisi pelayanan. Berdasarkan metodenya penelitian ini termasuk dalam metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Model yang digunakan yaitu Model Pengembangan Instruksional (MPI) oleh M. Atwi Suparman. Prosedur pengembangan dilakukan melalui delapan langkah yang ada dalam Model Pengembangan Instruksional (MPI). Hasil penelitian berupa kurikulum dan contoh bahan instruksional berupa modul. Responden yang terlibat untuk mengevaluasi produk diantaranya, ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli materi pembelajaran dan ahli media pembelajaran, ahli untuk materi pembelajaran sebesar 3,3(sangat baik), desain pembelajaran 3,06 (baik), media pembelajaran 2,7 (baik). Hasil penilaian digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. The research development entitled “Training Program Design "Introduction to the Basics of Insurance” for New Employees at PT ASABRI (Persero) reasearch aims to produce a design and teaching materials in the form of curriculum and training modules that can help the Training Division in developing new employee human resources in learning the basics of insurance in accordance with competency standards and Key Performance Indicators in the service division. Based on the method of this research included in the research and development method (Research and Development). The model used is the Instructional Development Model (MPI) by M. Atwi Suparman. The development procedure is carried out through the eight steps in the Instructional Development Model (MPI). Research results in the form of curriculum and examples of instructional materials in the form of modules. Respondents involved in evaluating products included learning design experts, learning material experts and instructional media experts, experts for learning materials at 3.3 (very good), learning design 3.06 (good), learning media 2.7 (good). The assessment results are used to improve the quality of the product produced.
