Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran workplace incivility pada karyawan startup. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskritif dengan metode pengisian kuesioner melalui gform. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah convenience sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang dengan rentang usia 21-30 tahun. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Workplace Incivility Test yang didasari oleh instrumen yang dibuat oleh cortina (2001) setelah itu dikembanhkan oleh Jimenez (2018) yang sudah diadopsi dan di alih terjemahkan oleh Meisya dkk (2021). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini karyawan perusahaan rintisan dari bidang perusahaan livestream, logistik, e-commerce, fintech, entertainment, kosmetik & skincare dan properti dengan rentang usia 21–30 tahun memiliki skor workplace incivility yang rendah. Selanjutnya, dari hasil uji beda menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara usia (sig 0,418 > 0,05) dan bidang perusahaan (sig < 0,001 < 0.05) terhadap workplace incivility. Kata Kunci: Gambaran, Workplace Incivility, Perusahaan Start Up ***** ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the description of workplace incivility in startup employees. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a questionnaire filling method via gform. The sampling technique in this study is convenience sampling. The number of samples obtained in this study was 100 people with an age range of 21-30 years. The measuring instrument used was the Workplace Incivility Test which was based on an instrument created by Cortina (2001) after being developed by Jimenez (2018) which has been adopted and translated by Meisya et al. (2021). Based on the results of the research and discussion, the conclusion in this study is that start-up company employees from the fields of livestream companies, logistics, e-commerce, fintech, entertainment, cosmetics & skincare and property with an age range of 21-30 years have low workplace incivility scores. Furthermore, the results of the difference test show that there is a relationship between age (sig 0.418 > 0.05) and company sector (sig < 0.001 < 0.05) and workplace incivility.
