Abstract

Elinailed merupakan layanan yang bergerak di bidang jasa kecantikan nail art yang mengutamakan pelayanan prima, kenyamanan dan kualitas. Layanan yang ditawarkan meliputi nail art, manicure, pedicure, NFC LED nail, dan perawatan kuku eksklusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan pendirian perencanaan usaha Elinailed sebagai studio nail art dengan mengidentifikasi aspek pasar, pemasaran, teknis dan teknologi, manajemen dan sumber daya manusia, dan keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (mixed method) menggabungkan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan desain sequential explanatory dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan nilai sekarang bersih (NPV) >0 atau positif, menandakan bahwa investasi ini menguntungkan dan layak diterima. Periode pengembalian modal (Payback Period) diperkirakan sekitar 1 tahun 7 bulan, menunjukkan bahwa investasi awal dapat kembali dalam waktu yang relatif singkat. Selain itu, titik impas (Break Even Point) dicapai pada pendapatan sebesar Rp 116.405.000 dan 835 unit per bulan. Tingkat pengembalian internal (Internal Rate of Return) sebesar 39,2%. B/C Ratio menghasilkan >1 dengan modal sebesar Rp. 1.630.000.000. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi pemasaran yang dirancang secara efektif melalui mix promotion untuk meningkatkan visibilitas dan daya tarik usaha. Hasil uji kelayakan yang dilakukan oleh ahli ekonomi dan praktisi menunjukkan bahwa rencana usaha Elinailed dinilai layak untuk dijalankan, dengan perolehan skor sebesar 77,1%. Dengan perencanaan yang baik, diharapkan Elinailed menunjukan pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan dan memberikan dampak positif yang nyata terhadap industri kecantikan. ***** Elinailed is a service engaged in nail art beauty services that prioritizes excellent service, comfort and quality. The services offered include nail art, manicure, pedicure, NFC LED nail, and exclusive nail care. This research aims to analyze the feasibility of establishing Elinailed's business plan as a nail art studio by identifying market, marketing, technical and technological, management and human resources, and financial aspects. This research uses a mixed method combining quantitative and qualitative with sequential explanatory design and descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that the net present value (NPV) is >0 or positive, indicating that this investment is profitable and feasible. The payback period is estimated to be around 1 year and 7 months, indicating that the initial investment can be returned in a relatively short time. In addition, the break-even point was achieved at a revenue of Rp 116,405,000 and 835 units per month. The internal rate of return was 39.2%. The B/C Ratio resulted in >1 with a capital of Rp. 1,630,000,000. This research utilizes an effectively designed marketing strategy through mix promotion to increase business visibility and attractiveness. The results of the feasibility test conducted by economists and practitioners show that Elinailed's business plan is considered feasible to run, with a score of 77.1%. With good planning, Elinailed is expected to show sustainable growth and have a real positive impact on the beauty industry.
