Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi green purchase intention dalam pembelian motor listrik pada pegawai aparatur sipil negara di instansi kota administrasi jakarta selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari-Mei 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner secara online. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Secara keseluruhan data yang diperoleh sebanyak 205 dengan kriteria responden yaitu aparatur sipil negara yang bertugas di instansi Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan software SPSS 27 dan AMOS 23. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa product design, green perceived value, environmental convern memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap attitude. Perceived quality memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap attitude. Attitude memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap green purchase intention. Kata kunci: perceived quality, product design, green perceived value, environmental convern, attitude, green purchase intention. ***** This study aims to determine the factors that influence green purchase intentions among civil servants in South Jakarta city administration agencies when purchasing electric motorbikes. This research was conducted in January-June 2023. This research used a quantitative approach using primary data collected through online questionnaires. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. Overall, 205 data were obtained with the respondent criteria being civil servants working in South Jakarta City Administration agencies. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the help of SPSS 27 and AMOS 23 software. The results of this study indicate that product design, green perceived value, and environmental concerns have a significant effect on attitude. Perceived quality has an insignificant effect on attitude. Attitude has a significant effect on green purchase intention.
