Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan hybrid working team pada Lemhannas RI, hambatan pada pengelolaan hybrid working team pada Lemhannas RI dan juga mengetahui solusi dari hambatan pengelolaan hybrid working team pada Lemhannas RI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dengan informan kunci, dan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Lembaga telah berupaya untuk mengelola tim kerja hybrid dengan manajemen pengelolaan yang baik. Namun, beberapa tantangan masih ada, seperti komunikasi yang terbatas akibat jarak, kesulitan memantau kinerja karyawan remote, serta risiko keamanan data karena akses dari berbagai lokasi. Selain itu, pengaturan jadwal yang kurang jelas, ketidakadilan dalam pembagian tugas, perbedaan budaya, dan kepemimpinan yang kurang adaptif juga menjadi tantangan. Solusi utama dalam menghadapi hambatan pengelolaan hybrid working team di Lemhannas adalah dengan menerapkan pengaturan jadwal kerja yang jelas dan konsisten, sehingga koordinasi antar karyawan onsite dan remote tetap terjaga. ***** This study aims to determine the management of hybrid working teams at Lemhannas RI, the obstacles in managing hybrid working teams at Lemhannas RI, and also find solutions to the obstacles in managing hybrid working teams at Lemhannas RI. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Research data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews with key informants, and questionnaires distributed to employees. The findings show that the Institute has made efforts to manage hybrid working teams with good management. However, several challenges still exist, such as limited communication due to distance, difficulty monitoring the performance of remote employees, and data security risks due to access from various locations. In addition, unclear schedule arrangements, unfairness in task distribution, cultural differences, and less adaptive leadership are also challenges. The main solution to overcome obstacles in managing hybrid working teams at Lemhannas RI is to implement clear and consistent work schedule arrangements, so that coordination between onsite and remote employees is maintained.
