Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Financial Literacy, Perceived Ease of Use, dan Trust in Fintech terhadap Fintech Adoption pada Pengguna BCA Mobile. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik survei melalui kuesioner daring. Penelitian ini melibatkan 200 responden berusia 17–44 tahun yang berdomisili di DKI Jakarta dan merupakan pengguna aktif BCA Mobile. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui software SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Financial Literacy memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Trust in Fintech. Selanjutnya, Financial Literacy memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Fintech Adoption. Kemudian, Perceived Ease of Use memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Trust in Fintech. Selain itu, Perceived Ease of Use memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Fintech Adoption. Selanjutnya, Trust in Fintech memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Fintech Adoption. Kemudian, Financial Literacy memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan terhadap Fintech Adoption melalui Trust in Fintech. Selain itu, Perceived Ease of Use memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan terhadap Fintech Adoption melalui Trust in Fintech. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peningkatan literasi keuangan dan peningkatan kemudahan penggunaan untuk mendorong kepercayaan terhadap layanan fintech yang kemudian dapat meningkatkan adopsi layanan fintech. Temuan ini dapat dijadikan acuan strategis dalam mengembangkan pendekatan edukatif dan inovatif oleh BCA Mobile. Kata Kunci: Financial Literacy, Perceived Ease of Use, Trust in Fintech, Fintech Adoption, BCA Mobile. ***** This study aims to analyze the influence of Financial Literacy, Perceived Ease of Use, and Trust in Fintech on Fintech Adoption among BCA Mobile users. The research employs a quantitative method using a survey technique through an online questionnaire. The study involved 200 respondents aged 17–44 years residing in DKI Jakarta who are active users of BCA Mobile. Moreover, Trust in Fintech has a significant positive effect on Fintech Adoption. Financial Literacy was also found to have a significant indirect effect on Fintech Adoption through Trust in Fintech. Similarly, Perceived Ease of Use has a significant indirect effect on Fintech Adoption through Trust in Fintech. The implications of this research highlight the importance of enhancing financial literacy and perceived ease of use to build trust in fintech services, which in turn can increase fintech adoption. These findings can serve as a strategic reference in developing educational and innovative approaches by BCA Mobile.
