Abstract

Peningkatan komitmen organisasi guru berfungsi sebagai pengakuan atas kontribusi mereka terhadap organisasi. Marjuni (2020) menyoroti bahwa pemberian penghargaan kepada guru bermanfaat, karena pengakuan meningkatkan produktivitas mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyelidiki dan menganalisa pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan reward terhadap komitmen organisasi guru Taman Kanak-kanak (TK) Swasta yang ada di Jakarta Timur wilayah II. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner yang melibatkan 90 guru sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasi guru dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,407 dan nilai koefisien thitung sebesar 7.776, 2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif reward terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,3791 dan nilai koefisien thitung sebesar 7,329, dan 3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap reward dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,307 dan nilai koefisien thitung sebesar 6,246. Dengan demikian, H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, reward berpengaruh langsung terhadap komitmen organisasi, dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh langsung terhadap reward karena nilai koefisien thitung ketiganya lebih besar dari nilai koefisien ttabel. ***** Increasing teacher organizational commitment serves as recognition for their contributions to the organization. Marjuni (2020) highlights that awarding teachers is beneficial, as recognition enhances their productivity. This study aims to investigate and analyze the influence of transformational leadership and rewards on the organizational commitment of kindergarten (TK) teachers at private schools in East Jakarta Region II. The research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires involving 90 teachers as samples using the cluster random sampling technique. The results of the study show that: 1) There is a direct positive influence of transformational leadership on teachers’ organizational commitment, with a path coefficient value of 0.407 and a t-value of 7.776; 2) There is a direct positive influence of rewards on organizational commitment, with a path coefficient value of 0.3791 and a t-value of 7.329; and 3) There is a direct influence of transformational leadership on rewards, with a path coefficient value of 0.307 and a t-value of 6.246. Thus, the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, indicating that transformational leadership has a direct positive influence on organizational commitment, rewards have a direct influence on organizational commitment, and transformational leadership has a direct influence on rewards, as all three t-values exceed the critical t-table value.
