Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar. Sub focus dari penelitian ini adalah perencaan kurikulum merdeka belajar, pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka belajar, evaluasi kurikulum merdeka belajar, faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan Mei hingga Juli 2025. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa di SD Islam Al Hidayah Jagakarsa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sekolah berhasil menerapkan implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar dengan baik. Temuan penelitian membuktikan bahwa implementasi kurikulum efektif membutuhkan keselarasan visi, pengembangan kapasitas guru berkelanjutan, pendekatan kontekstual, dan komitmen Bersama dalam menciptakan ekosistem pembelajaran holistic untuk pengembangan karakter peserta didik. ***** This study aims to examine the implementation of the merdeka curriculum. The sub focuses of this research include: planning of merdeka curriculum, excetion of the merdeka curriculum, evaluation of the merdeka curriculum, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The research was conducted from May to July 2025 using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and document studies. Informants in this study included the school principal, teachers, and students at Al Hidayah Islamic Elementary School Jagakarsa. The results indicate that the school has successfully implemented the Merdeka Curriculum effectively. Research findings demonstrate that successful curriculum implementation requires vision alignment, continuous teacher capacity development, contextual approaches, and collective commitment to creating a holistic learning ecosystem for student character development.
