Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi peserta didik pada pelaksanaan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di SMK Negeri 60 Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif, melibatkan 104 peserta didik kelas X dan XI Program Keahlian Kuliner yang mengikuti P5 tema Kebekerjaan tahun 2024. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif. Persepsi peserta didik pada pelaksanaan P5 secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori sedang dengan nilai rata-rata 122,9. Data sekunder rapor P5 menunjukkan pencapaian kompetensi pada dimensi kreatif menunjukkan kategori Mulai Berkembang (MB) sebesar 49% dan karakter pada dimensi mandiri mayoritas berada di kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) dengan persentase 46,2%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya keselarasan antara persepsi peserta didik pada pelaksanaan P5 dalam upaya pencapaian kompetensi dan karakter. Namun, implementasi P5 masih memerlukan penguatan, khususnya pada konsistensi pendampingan guru dan kedalaman pengalaman belajar berbasis projek, agar internalisasi nilai-nilai karakter dapat tercapai secara lebih optimal dan berkelanjutan. ***** This study aims to analyze students' perceptions of the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) at SMK Negeri 60 Jakarta. The study used a quantitative approach with descriptive methods, involving 104 students of grades X and XI of the Culinary Expertise Program who participated in P5 with the theme of Employability in 2024. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. Students' perceptions of the implementation of P5 were generally in the moderate category with an average score of 122.9. Secondary data from the P5 report card showed that the achievement of competencies in the creative dimension showed the category of Starting to Develop at 49%, and the character in the independent dimension was mostly in the category of Developing According to Expectations with a percentage of 46.2%. The results of this study indicate that there is harmony between students' perceptions of the implementation of P5 in efforts to achieve competencies and character. However, the implementation of P5 still requires strengthening, especially in the consistency of teacher mentoring and the depth of project-based learning experiences, so that the internalization of character values can be achieved more optimally and sustainably.
