Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan media pembelajaran berupa video berbasis aplikasi TikTok mengenai menu diet penyakit ginjal ditujukan untuk mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Boga, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) pada mata kuliah Gizi Kebutuhan Khusus. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dan menggunakan model pengembangan DDD-E (Decide, Design, Development, dan Evaluate). Proses pengembangan dilakukan melalui empat tahap: Tahap decide mencakup analisis kebutuhan, menentukan tujuan pembelajaran, dan pemilihan materi serta media pembelajaran. Tahap design meliputi penyusunan garis besar isi materi, storyboard, dan jabaran materi. Tahap development untuk produksi video, validasi ahli (materi, media, dan bahasa) serta uji coba media kepada mahasiswa (one-to-one, small group, dan field test). Tahap evaluate meliputi semua tahap, yaitu decide, design, dan development. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian dan pengembangan ini berupa kuantitatif deskriptif. Media pembelajaran ini telah divalidasi oleh ahli materi 89%, ahli bahasa 91%, ahli media 83% . Uji coba pengguna memperoleh hasil 86% (one-to-one), 93% (small group), 91% (field test). Respon mahasiswa 92% yang menandakan bahwa media ini sangat diterima dan dianggap bermanfaat dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, media video TikTok yang telah dikembangkan dianggap sangat layak sebagai media pembelajaran. ***** This research aims to develop and test the feasibility of learning media in the form of videos on the TikTok platform regarding kidney disease dietbmenus aimed at students of the Culinary Education Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ. The method used ide Research and Development (R&D) and uses the DDD-E (Decide,Design, Development, and Evaluate) development model. The development process is carried out through four stages: the decide stage includes needs analysis, deternining learning objectives, and selecting learning materials and media. The design stage includes preparing an outline of the material content, storyboard, and material description. Development stage for video production, expert validation (material, media, and language) and media trials with students (one-to-one, small group, and field test). The evaluation stage includes all stages, namely decide, design, and development). The data analysis technique in this research and development is descriptive quantitative. This learning media has been validated by material expert 89%, language expert 91%, and media expert 83%. Used trials obtained results of 86% (one-to-one), 93% (small group), 91% (field test). The student response was 92%, indicating that this media was highly accepted and considered useful in the learning process. In conclussion, The developed TikTok videos was found to be both feasibke as an instructional.
