Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap loyalitas karyawan bagian non produksi di PT Central Mega Kencana. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala likert 4 tingkat. Seluruh karyawan tetap tingkat staf di bagian manufaktur dijadikan responden penelitian dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 60 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, yang mencerminkan pentingnya kenyamanan fisik, dukungan sosial, serta nilai-nilai religius dalam membentuk komitmen karyawan. Sementara itu, pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh signifikan, yang mengindikasikan bahwa program karir yang ada belum memenuhi harapan karyawan karena struktur jabatan yang terbatas dan peluang promosi yang tidak terlalu jelas. Model penelitian mampu menjelaskan 61,4% variasi loyalitas karyawan, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar model. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa faktor sosial dan kualitas lingkungan kerja merupakan determinan utama loyalitas karyawan di PT Central Mega Kencana.***** This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and career development on employee loyalty in the non-production division at PT Central Mega Kencana. The study used a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The instrument used in this study was a 4-level Likert scale. All permanent staff-level employees in the manufacturing division served as research respondents, totaling 60 respondents. The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, reflecting the importance of physical comfort, social support, and religious values in shaping employee commitment. Meanwhile, career development did not have a significant effect, indicating that existing career programs did not meet employee expectations due to limited job structures and unclear promotion opportunities. The research model was able to explain 61.4% of the variation in employee loyalty, while the remainder was influenced by other factors outside the model. These findings confirm that social factors and the quality of the work environment are the main determinants of employee loyalty at PT Central Mega Kencana.
